Finally, the website has come! So, first, I should introduce myself. Hi! My name is Jennifer Volk. I am fifteen and a sophomore in high school, the founder and owner of this website, a long-time vegetarian and a short-time vegan, as well as an environmental and animal rights activist. I have created this website so I can provide awareness for the environment. So, now, past the introduction, and on to the more in-depth explanation of this website.
On atonewithnature.org, you will find, presently, facts about the environment (what the green movement is, what the dangers are currently for the environment), and animal rights, as well as information about being an activist. (I hope to eventually start an activist program, to organize activist groups across the US) I will also start an up-to-date page that is personally my own, in which I will include what I am doing in my life to help the planet, and will try to update as much as possible. I also hope to add a Q & A (question and answer) page, where I will post several common questions that you may have, and answer them. You will be able to send appropriate and relevant questions to the e-mail address link on that page.
On the Vegetarianism and Veganism page, you will find things like animal rights facts, how to choose these diets and be very successful, and Vegan recipes. Though I only have a few recipes right now, I will add more as time goes on. You can also submit vegan recipes that you think are really good to the link on that page. I will include a listing of things soon-to-come on this page, with an asterisk next to what I am currently working on to improve the website. Here’s the list:
- An online catalog
- Links to other awesome websites
- The Donations page
- Q & A page
- Activist groups on the activist page
- A membership system
- An Up-To-Date page
So, that’s about it; you’ll have to explore the rest.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Volk
